Use the chart below to determine your size. If you're between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit.

If your measurements for chest and waist correspond to two different sizes, order the size indicated by your chest measurement for your preferred fit.

Shoulders

If you're close between sizes and want a more tailored fit then a shoulder measurement should help you decide. Find the lump of bone on top of your shoulder where your arm joins your shoulder socket. Hold the tip of the tape on this point and measure across to the same point on the opposite shoulder.

Chest

With arms at sides, place tape measure under your arms and run it around the fullest part of the chest and across the shoulder blades.  

Waist

Measure around the smallest part (typically the small of your back and where your body bends side to side), keeping the tape horizontal.

Arms

Measure from the tip of your shoulder down to the measurement of your size for an estimate of where your tee will finish. Longer is better than shorter.

Length

Place the tip of the tape starting at zero, at the point where your neck joins your shoulders and run the tape measure down until you reach the measurement for your size. This is where your tee will approximately finish

    These are my husbands favourite shorts!
    They are super light weight, really stretchy, they don’t ride up and they are unbelievably durable! He has been wearing them at training, wrestling and grappling and there never split, ripped or frayed!!
